All-purposef lour 500 grams, 0:30,
Salt 3 grams, 0:31,
Hot water(just boiling) 140 grams, 0:41,
Water(room temperature) 140 grams, 0:57,
Cooking oil 15 grams, 1:15,
Pastry: Add 80 grams of cooking oil in pot and heat it till there is slight smoke, then add 40 grams of flour in it and blend it evenly and then let it cool. 2:22,
Chinese chive, 500 grams, 2:40,
Sweet potato vermicelli 100 grams, 3:00,
Eggs 5-6, 3:32,
Dried shrimp 50 grams, 4:18,
Cooking oil a little bit(add proper amount according to condition) 6:25,
Egg one(so the chinese chive won't stimulate our stomach too much) 6:41,
Salt, add proper amount as we like, 6:49,
• Preheat the pan in advance, brush a little bit of oil in pan and put the flatbread in it. First bake it for about 4 mins with medium heat. After one side is colored, we brush some oil on it and turn it over. In total we bake it for 8-10 mins. Then we can take it out.
