Ingredients for batter:
2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup warm water

Ingredients for chocolate whipped cream:
3 1/2 cups ready to whip whipping cream
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
