This video is another example of a Drone Startup Service that I shot for a Property Management company. The client hired me to shoot a rooftop inspection of this Apartment community as well as this marketing video.

Watch this video to learn "How-To" structure and shoot your videos. It is important to try to tell a story. I always include the following 3 to 5 primary components when shooting a marketing video:

1) Introduction - start out showing the Main Entrance, the community signage, community name and logo. Give the viewer the sense they are driving into the community.
2) Set the Stage - I like to show the common areas, main office, post office, community courtyard, etc.
3) Getting Familiar - I then carry the viewer through the community, showing the buildings and parking areas to demonstrate the architecture and all-around "feel" of the community.
4) Moving In - I then like to top off by showing the amenities, especially the pool(s) area(s) and any other unique property features.
5) Closing - just a final shot as if leaving the community. "Pull away" shot from the entrance signage.

For the deliverable, I provide a 3 (+/-) video and about 10 still photos.
