This video is a by-product of a drone project that I performed back in 2017. The client contracted me to provide aerial photos and video that could be used for grounds, roof, and building inspection purposes as well as for marketing. As per the contract, I delivered this video along with produced/edited photos (without the Gale-Force Drone logo) and in addition cloud access to raw video and photos. For this project, I shot it with a 1st-Gen DJI #Phantom 4.

Watch this video to learn "How-To" structure and shoot your videos. It is important to try to tell a story. I always include 3 to 5 primary components when shooting a marketing video:

1) Introduction - start out showing the Main Entrance, the community signage, community name and logo. Give the viewer the sense they are driving into the community.
2) Set the Stage - I like to show the common areas, main office, post office, community courtyard, etc.
3) Getting Familiar - I then carry the viewer through the community, showing the buildings and parking areas to demonstrate the architecture and all-around "feel" of the community.
4) Moving In - I then like to top off by showing the amenities, especially the pool(s) area(s) and any other unique property features.
5) Closing - just a final shot as if leaving the community. "Pull away" shot from the entrance signage.

For the deliverable, I provide a 3 (+/-) minutes video and about 10 still photos.
