A Texas judge blocked a Dallas ban on Airbnb, and short term rentals that owners say violates the state constitution and therefore is unconstitutional.

The ban would cause irreparable damage to landlords and property owners who have invested millions of dollars to provide short term rentals and violates their property rights.
