A Queens scammer tenant , who had a homeowner arrested after illegally breaking into her property, and claiming that he was a tenant, was arrested and charged with a felony for fraud.

After the high profile case in Queens, New York, states throughout the country, including Tennessee, have sought to make it easier for a landlord and property owners to have squatters arrested.
