With the extraordinary popularity of the relatively new (it was introduced in 2019 for the 2020 model year) Kia Telluride 3-Row SUV, and with the rising use of Kia’s Electric Global Modular Platform, in a very quick 3 years, we now are taking a look at Kia’s newest 3-row SUV offering; The 2024 Kia EV9.
The EV9 represents Kia’s first-ever fully electric 3-row SUV with an entirely new battery architecture, a large range of trim level offerings with both rear-wheel drive and all wheel drive, single and dual-motor configurations and regular and long-range battery configurations.
Wind, Land and GT-Line also feature a torque-vectoring AWD system with AWD Lock and Snow drive modes for increased traction.
The all-new EV9 is a ruggedly capable, three-row SUV, seamlessly merged with a strikingly crafted EV. It features a spacious, refined interior with cutting-edge technology, and serious hauling power. The EV9 is an all-electric SUV that proves it can be two things at once; and remarkably good at both.
Our EV9 shown in this video will be the range-topping GT-Line variant, without, sadly, the rear GT-Line Lounge Seat Package. The EV9 was teased online on March 3, 2023, with official presentation of the final production vehicle on March 14th of 2023. Our EV9 was produced in Gwangmyeong, South Korea in November of 2023.

Neighborhood Car Reviews gives you an alternative look at the already impressive list of car videos that are online. What we do is a first-person walk-around of the car. We show features and details that are on the particular model being shown. Performance data, safety equipment and the like are usually not shown due to the already enormous amount of videos that cover the aforementioned topics.
We like to cover everything from classics to high-end and everything in between.
