EP #1!! WE HAVE A MAJOR SIGNED LAND PURCHASE CONTRACT!
We've been searching since around last September (2023) for our next 'forever' farm as we are planning on moving out of our current farm in Southern Illinois. I have traveled a lot of miles, spent a lot of nights in hotels and scoured the Southern Missouri, Northern Arkansas and Western Kentucky backroads looking at all kinds of different properties and farms! We've looked at unique one of a kind homes with land, and we've also looked at some raw land properties as well. In today's episode I'll give you the backstory and check out a really cool and amazing home and land located near Rolla, Missouri and give you the beginning of our next Missouri farm, provided that the 2 Southern Illinois property sales go through, as they are both contingencies for our offer to purchase contract of our next Missouri farm!
