Hey guys!

I also wanted to note that this diet is not forever, you will be able to eat normally after your gut is healed. It is said to follow the diet for 30 days to reboot your immune system. Once the 30 days pass you can add 1 item at a time every 3 days, from the list of food items you were not allowed to have, to see how your body responds. If in 3 days after you first introduced your first item, you see no negative response from your body, then you keep adding items but if you see an increase in symptoms once you add a certain item... then this means your gut needs some more time to heal itself. I introduced legumes and i had a negative reaction to it. So i continued the diet one more week and then added something else. I added eggs next and still had a negative reaction to it so I decided to extend the diet for another month before trying to add anything else.

The time the gut will need to heal will depend on the person and the complications of their conditions/diseases. The sicker you are, the longer it will take for the gut to heal. It depends in every case, so listen to your body and do what is right for you :)

If you guys have any questions please leave them down below and I'll gladly respond as soon as I can.

Love,
Liddy
