In this excerpt of the Bhagavad Gita, In the Light of Kashmir Shaivism, commentated by Abhinavagupta, he starts of by paying respect to Lord Shiva, who is the treasure of knowledge and whose glory is spread in each and every object of this world. All of this objective world is His glory.

Then, as Swami Lakshmanjoo tells us, Abhinavagupta explains what is mokṣa and that although mokṣa is explained in all of those one hundred thousand ślokas [of the Mahābhārata], but in real sense, mokṣa is explained in the Bhagavad Gītā only.
