Finely chop.
Pour boiling water over it.
Salt.
Cook for 5 minutes.
6 potatoes.

Black pepper.
3 eggs.

Turmeric 1/3 teaspoon.
The potatoes were fried.
Mix everything thoroughly.

Fry over medium heat.

Fry for another 3-5 minutes.
