CABBAGE AND CARROTS! WHY DID I NOT KNOW THIS RECIPE BEFORE? BETTER THAN MEAT!

1/2 cabbage ( 600 )
1 onion
2 carrots
a few sprigs of parsley

✅️

4 eggs
4 tablespoons of flour
1/4 cup of milk (50 ml)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano

✅️ 100 g of mozzarella cheese
