INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo ground Pork (you can use ground chicken)
1/4 kilo Shrimp
1 cup Leeks or spring onions, chopped
1 large Carrot, finely chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 and 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 large Egg
Siomai wrapper
*NOTE: combine all the ingredients, cover with plastic wrap and sit for at least half an hour until all seasonings meld.
