HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR TO THOSE THAT CELEBRATE IT!

Today I found my last batch of Halibut. I thought I ran out but, looking for chicken wings for the super bowl weekend, I stumbled into what I know now is my absolute last batch. Just in time for the Lunar New Year I thought to celebrate the day for those that acknowledge this special day with a fish dish.
