After years 18 years of living with PMDD (undiagnosed until 2016!!) in May 2019 I underwent a total hysterectomy and BSO in a hope of giving myself a chance at the life I had always dreamed of. A few months back I was honoured to be asked to share my story in a new book - Surgical Menopause - Not Your Typical Menopause.
