Tucked away in the rolling hills of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region in France, you'll find farmhouse cheese-makers Francois and Vanessa Masto and their small herd of Rove goats -- a breed commonly found in this area and known for their long, lyre-like horns.

In this video, part 2 of our visit, we join Vanessa as she hand wraps the famous Banon cheese in dried chestnut leaves in the family kitchen.

A big thanks to our guide for the day and location assistant, Fanny from Mons Fromager Affineur.
