Sprouted Bean Moochim 콩나물 무침
300g
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauced
1 tsp minced
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil

Nappa Cabbage Namul 배추나물
300g Nappa Cabbage
1 tbsp dwoenjang
1 tbsp sgar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil

Spinach Namul 시금치 나물
200g spinach
1 tsp minced oil
1tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame seeds

Cucumber Moochim 오이무침
2 Cucumbers
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Carrot Bokkeum 당근볶음
3 carrots
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp neutral oil

Mushroom Bokkeum 버섯 볶음
200g mushroom
3 tbsp neutral oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper

Anchovy Bokkeum 멸치 볶음
200g small anchovies
walnut 50g
soy sauce 1 tsp
sugar 2 tvsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp
sesame seeds 1 tbsp
2 tbsp neutral oil

Sausage Bokkeum 소세지 볶음
300g mini sausages
1/2 onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper

Yak Gochujang 약고추장
1/2 onion
1/2 green onion
150g minced beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
50g nuts
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup or 100g gochujang

Jang Marinade 장 마리네이드
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
4 garilc cloves
1/2 leek
1/2 onion

Avocado Jang 아보카도 장
2 avocados
2 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
+ jang marinade

Salmon Jang 연어장
250g salmon
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
+ jang marinade

Egg yolk Jang 노른자장
9 egg yolk
+ jang marinade

Jangajji Marinade 장아찌 마리네이드
1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water

Tomato Jangajji 토마토 장아찌
12 cherry tomatoes
+ jangajji marinade

Green Onion Jangajji 쪽파 장아찌
200g green onion
+ jangajji marinade

Potato Jorim 감자조림
250g potatoes
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp neutral oil
1 tbsp sesame oil

Tofu Jorim 두부 조림
1 tofu
1/2 onion
1/2 leek
1 green pepper
2 tbsp gochugaru
4 tbsp ganjang
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic
3/4 cup water

Egg Jjim 계란찜
2 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 green onion
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Eggplant jjim 가지찜
2 eggplant
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp ssame oil
1 green onion
1 tsp minced garlic

Donggeurang Ddang 동그랑땡
250g minced pork
1/4 tofu
1/4 onion
1 green onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup AP flour
2 eggs

Shitaki Mushroom-Jeon 버섯전
100g donggeurang ddang filling
