Bipasha Hrangkhwal through her talk reflects on her journey from a small, remote village to becoming the first Air Traffic Controller in her state (Tripura). She elucidates how watching a NatGeo documentary, ' Air Crash Investigation' with her father inspired her to become who she is today. She also throws light upon the obstacles and boulders she had to overcome as she progressed along such an unconventional path. She is a junior executive at the Airport Authority of India since 2017 in the department of Air Traffic Management. She's the first female Air traffic controller of Tripura working at MBB airport.
