Ms. Ishita Gupta is the Director of Kamtech Associates Ltd. and Co-founder of Kaushalam Box. She is a motivational speaker who has been spearheading the IT literacy revolution in many underdeveloped towns of India. Her start-up has been awarded the 1st prize by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan at the India Industrial Fair, 2018. Ishita Gupta is spearheading the IT literacy revolution in the Balasore District of Odisha as the District Lead Coordinator for Odisha Knowledge Corporation Limited (promoted by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Odisha). Honorable Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Smt. Vasundhara Raje awarded her the first prize at the 5th edition of India Industrial Fair 2018 for her start-up. She is also the Director of a National Award winner company, Kamtech Associates Pvt Ltd. With over 8 years of experience, her journey as a motivational speaker began four years ago as she started conducted free IT Literacy and Digital Entrepreneurship sessions across the district at Gram Panchayat level. She conducts these sessions in order to motivate rural youth so that they utilize the power of technology and become change enablers within their own nest.
