Pickled eggs is one of those recipes that has been in the Baty family for years. Seen on all of our hunting trips, including many with Randy Newberg, is this infamous cuisine.

Spiced (Pickled)Eggs
12 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 Clove Garlic
1 tsp Pickling Spice
3 T Sugar
1/2 pkg Polish Sausage * Optional
1 Quartered Onion *Optional

Simmer all ingredients together (except eggs) for 5 minutes. Pour hot liquid over peeled eggs, sausage, and onions. Keep spices with eggs. Store at room temperature. Allow 2-4 weeks resting for optimal flavor.

**HUGE SECRET! Use old eggs 🥚, 2-4 weeks old. They are way easier to peel. **
