Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
Today, we conducted a beginner-level 10-minute warm-up (front part) + intermediate level 10-minute routine (back part).
The warm-up part includes movements that I usually perform before other high-intensity exercises.
For those who are more focused on burning energy, you can do 1 warm-up routine + 3 sets of intermediate routines!
If you have difficulty with the intermediate version, you can do 3 sets of warm-up routines only (first part)! ^ ^
