On September 19, 2020, a new container bridge was conveyanced on the Elbe river from Bremherhaven to Hamburg. The container crane from the manufacturer Liebherr came from Ireland. The final assembly took place in Bremerhaven. The new container bridge is designed for handling large container ships with up to 24 rows of containers on deck. The lifting height is 70 meters, the weight 2100 tons.
