If you drive a Tesla, and you use Superchargers, you HAVE TO GET THIS THING! This could literally save your life or the life of a loved one.

If you travel and utilize Tesla Supercharging network, you know that some locations may not be in the best locations. In addition, if you are on a longer trip, you will also be in unfamiliar areas. This leads to one of the biggest issues with Tesla's, if you are charging, you are tethered and stuck at that charger. You cannot escape should an emergency arise without stepping out of the vehicle and physically unplugging the Tesla from the Supercharger.

Enter EVject. This connector plugs in between both the Tesla and the supercharger. Simply slide on to the supercharging handle and plug into your Tesla like normal. Once plugged in, simply engage the latch at the bottom and the vehicle will charge like normal, with no impact to charging speed, efficiency or any other impact to how the vehicle charges.

If you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation, and you dont feel comfortable getting out of the vehicle, you can no simply "unlock chargeport" and put the vehicle in drive. The connector disengages the pins, allowing you to now put the vehicle in drive and simply drive away from the situation without ever putting yourself in more harm by stepping outside.

Once you have escaped in your Tesla and arrived somewhere safe, you can now exit the vehicle and remove the half of the device still in your charge port and continue on.

The device is engineered to break in half after disengaging the pins. Once disengaged, the Tesla charger will stop sending current, and the vehicle will believe that it is simply unplugged, allowing you to put it in drive. With minimal force, the device is made to break in half, leaving 1 half in the vehicle charge port and the other half safely on the charging handle.

The EVject is designed to prevent damage to your Tesla, and to cradle the charging handle so when it falls to the ground, the half that remains on the Tesla handle is what impacts the ground. This is of course a 1 time use item that cannot be reassembled after use. But the great news is if you do have to use this device, EVject will send you a replacement for free!
