Build and analyze your community using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). Adrian will showcase the ACE method (Analyze, Create or Explain) alongside questions to ask and a worksheet that attendees can use to follow along and build their plans. The goal is for attendees to walk away with a SWOT analysis and, in the future, a process to make the community understandable to executives in a format their team already understands.
