Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients list

500g mini breast fillets or chicken thighs
Butter
Green seasoning
Salt and pepper to preference
3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
All purpose seasoning
2 chopped tomatoes/ 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
Double cream
2 cups penne pasta
1/4 cup pasta water
Grated Parmesan cheese or Cheese of choice
Spring onion or parsley to garnish
