Smothered Chicken

Ingredients list

1kg drumsticks
Drop of oil
Salt and pepper to preference
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp spice jamaica all purpose seasoning
1/4 tsp celery powder (optional)
14 red + green bell pepper
1/2 white onion
3 garlic cloves

1 tbsp butter
1/4 red + green bell pepper
Garlic powder
All purpose seasoning
1-2 tsp plain flour
Stock from chicken + 1-2 cups water
Parsley for garnish

Bake on 180-200•C for 45 minutes then another 5 minutes in sauce then 10 minutes optional in oven again
