Number one,— how are your communication skills? These are covered in this video. Are you presenting the information so that your partner has a clear idea of what you need, and what that would look like in the real world? There is a very happy outcome to this subscriber's situation. They were able to communicate effectively with their partner and state very specific ways in which they feel loved and valued.

Question two – is it your partner? No matter how clear you are in your communication, they are unwilling or unable to attend to your needs? If that's the case, you need to rethink your participation in the relationship.
