Here I test the mild steel chopper. I was curious about the performance of a mild steel knife and I was pretty happy with how it performed. It does go blunt fairly quick but is really easy to resharpen. If you don't mind touching up your tools often you could make one for yourself as mild steel is extremely cheap compared to high carbon steel.
