I show how to make a simple strop. This is an easy DIY project that will help you keep your tools razor sharp at a low cost.
I use some leftover marine grade ply from a left over project. Some cow leather (cheapest I could find) and some contact cement. Also double sided tape works well too.
I used bark river green compound in this video and have used it since and have been very pleased with its performance.
