Nottingham attack victim Barnaby Webber's mum said yesterday that 'murderers are getting away with murder.' Emma's son Barnaby was killed in the Nottingham attacks last summer. The killer,
Valdo Calocane, pleaded guilty to manslaughter by diminished responsibility and he was sentenced to an indefinite hospital order.

The victim's families are calling for an overhaul in the laws around homicide. Emma Webber is now advocating for a three tier system, meaning people with mental illness who kill like Valdo Calocane, could still be convicted of second degree murder.
