120 g oats 燕麦
235 ml milk 牛奶
1 banana 香蕉
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 无糖可可粉
1 tbsp honey 蜂蜜
70 g whole wheat flour 全麦面粉
1 tsp baking powder 泡打粉
60 g walnuts 核桃仁
120 g blueberries 蓝莓
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 50-55 minutes.
提前预热烤箱至180度,放中层烘烤50-55分钟。
