Dawn Morse, founder of Core Elements Training, demonstrates vacuum Dry Cupping to the wider back region and over the spinous processes, using static and slide techniques.

Static cupping over the spinous processed can help to reduce muscular tension whilst increasing blood flow to the areas and mobility within the spinous ligaments, that can often become restricted in clients suffering from chronic back pain.

This is an example of one of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited day CPD course in Myofascial Dry Cupping, which is available as a face to face course in Swindon and Liverpool, or via Live Online delivery, or fully Online.
