Speaking 6 languages to tell my story about how I learned Finnish, German, English, Swedish, Japanese & Chinese. I love languages so I wanted to share my thoughts on how to learn languages and become multilingual. Ep 24⬇See more below⬇

Finnish language is my mother tongue. Finnish is so rare that one has to learn foreign languages to survive. :D German language is my first foreign language and I am learning German again after a long break, since I currently live in Berlin. Learning English has always been somewhat challenging for me, but after living abroad it has become easier. I have also learned a little Swedish, but the most passionate I am about Japanese language and Chinese language. After learning Japanese I thought it would be fun to learn Chinese as well. Nowadays, I can speak Chinese more fluently than Japanese. Learning Japanese and learning Chinese are quite different from how to learn English, but that’s what makes learning languages fun.

I don’t know if I could call myself a polyglot, but it would be great if one day I could become truly multilingual or a polyglot speaking multiple languages fluently.
