Application is an example of interactive architectural visualization created in the Unreal Engine. The main goal was to create realistic looking 3D environment (by lighting and shaders) according to the project blueprints and opportunity to interaction between user and environment. Project has been prepared in terms of optimization to working on HMD devices ie. it is possible to achieve average framerate between 70-90 fps by using average quality graphic card (whole environment consist of about 120.000 tris). Application also allow to change materials by using virtual interfaces that appear in the space after interaction with objects in the scene. By using an innovative system called Physically-Based Rendering, we can achieve a realistic and very convincing look of individual materials used in the scene.
