You’ve now reached the end of this weight loss series and I want to send you a massive congratulations.

This clearly shows that you’re truly committed to controlling your weight and reaching your weight goal.

And I do feel positive that if you continue this same commitment over the coming weeks and months you will reach your weight goal but more importantly, you’ll maintain that weight.

So now that you have come to the end, I want to give you some final instructions that will keep you on track.

Now at this stage of the journey, you have given yourself positive affirmations, you’ve used the power of hypnosis to program your mind with positive weight loss suggestions, and you’ve also given your unconscious mind the permission to allow the real slim healthy you to shine through.

So, with all that in mind my advice now would be to listen to any one of those three sessions (take your pick) at least once per week until you feel you have gotten the desired results.

At that point, you can continue listening to them on a regular basis or as and when you feel you might want a reminder.

Now when I made this weight loss series, I had one goal. And that was to help as many people as possible achieve their ideal weight.
