A global authority on food security says that more than one million people in Gaza, roughly half the population, could face famine in the coming months.

Israel’s war on the territory has seen no let up during Ramadan, when Muslims fast from dawn to dusk.

Faced with constant bombardment and a looming famine, how are people in Gaza able to observe it this year?

TRT World’s Nizar Sadawi is in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, where he’s been meeting people trying to come to terms with observing Ramadan amid the devastation.
