Francis Fukuyama wrote his famous book, The End of History, in 1990, to mark the fall of communism and the beginning of US world dominance. But the ‘end of history’ better describes climate change, and the global community will need to coordinate more effectively to solve that challenge than it has during the crisis of Covid-19. Each of the International Relations courses at ICE offers a special focus on climate change, and its need for multi-national solutions.
