While an American president has enormous responsibility in many areas, he, or she, has no job more important than safeguarding the lives of U.S. citizens. And in that regard, the presidency of Donald Trump, from 2017 to 2021, must be considered a COLOSSAL FAILURE -- due, mostly, to his mismanagement of the COVID-19 pandemic.
