Today we will use a simple waterless cooking method. We put together lots of juicy vegetables, meat, potatoes, and carrots to cook in one pot without adding extra oil or water. It is nutritious, healthy, and delicious.

【Main ingredients】
Pork shank, 260 grams, about 460 Cal
Onion, 290g, about 100 Cal
Potato, 500g, about 400 Cal
Carrots, 200g, about 80 Cal
Mushrooms, a few, about 30 Cal
Chinese cabbage, several slices, about 15 Cal
Enoki mushrooms, 1 bunch, about 20 Cal
Vegetables, about 10 Cal
Garlic paste, 20g

【Meat seasoning】
salt, a pinch
Cooking wine, 1 teaspoon
Ground white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon

【Sauce】
Basic ingredients:
- Soy sauce: 30ml (2 tbsps)
- Oyster sauce: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
Optional sauces:
- Mirin: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
- Fish Sauce: 5ml (1 teaspoon)
- Water: 50 to 100 ml

Garnish: green onion
