✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
2 eggs
140 grams sugar (3/4 cup)
10 g vanilla sugar (2 tsp)
a pinch of salt
170 g yogurt (8 tbsp)
80 g butter (4 tbsp)
220 grams flour (1.5 cups)
7 grams baking powder (1.5 tsp)
4 apples
100 grams apricot jam (3 tbsp)
Grease with 30 grams of butter
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 50 minutes.
Decorate with powdered sugar.
