lemon juice
50 g butter (3.5 tablespoons)
70 g sugar (1/3 cup)
100 g walnut kernels (1 cup chopped)

Dough:
130 g butter (1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon)
130 g powdered sugar (1 cup)
1 pinch of salt
3 eggs
180 g all-purpose flour (1 1/2 cups)
