Trains have been rolling down Utica NY's Schuyler Street since the late 1860's. This video offers a brief narrative of how it came to be that the Utica, Chenango & Susquehanna Valley Railroad obtained the rights to lay its tracks on Schuyler Street way back when Andrew Johnson was President of these United States.
