Hi babes, i hope you enjoy the video and feel inspired to start waking up a little bit early to spend time with yourself as a form of self-care. I've been waking up at 5am for the past 2 weeks and I can say that I have more energy throughout the day and I feel good leaving the gym! P.S. Waking up at 5am is not for EVERYONE, and I would not recommend it if you arent able to get enough sleep. Sleep is always my top priority.
