Trapped in the Quantum Realm, Janet van Dyne meets Kang The Conquerer, a traveler banished by his variants. He persuades Janet to help him restore his Multiversal power core, promising her a way out. But as they finish the repairs, Janet witnesses Kang’s horrific visions of ravaging multiple realities. She learns that he was exiled for being too dangerous and decides to sabotage his plans. Outnumbered and overpowered, Janet uses her Pym Particles to overload the power core. Kang, however, recovers his powers and takes over the Quantum Realm.
