This is the Mr Cool Universal HVAC unit, the 2/3 Ton Model.

I have just over $3k invested in the unit, disconnect, wiring and associated items. This unit is available thru Ingram’s although I chose to go to my local Lowe’s that does offer these units and talked to someone at the Pro Desk and they matched the price and got it ordered for me. Some people will say they won’t give a Big Box any of their money but it’s local people that work there and benefit from my purchases.

My electric bill has been substantially lower every month since the swap out and I’m really looking forward to the lower bills in the winter!

I would love to add a small mini split to my sun room that we are about to tackle but it’s not in the budget…….

And YES, I’m from the South and I talk funny.
