When you breathe through your nose instead of your mouth, you condition and filter air. You get 20% more oxygen from a nasal breath and when you mouth breathe you get none of these benefits.

James explains how to become a nose breather and how mouth taping at night can improve your energy levels during the day.

James believes the first step is to become conscious of your breath and then to adopt simple healthy breathing habits throughout the day. We have the ability to harness the power of our breath which can be transformative.
