This is suitable for almost all levels. It a perfect complement to a busy, stressful and athletic lifestyle and can be done daily or one time per week. I like it in the evening before bed or waking on a lazy weekend morning. If you want stretching exercises for seniors or are a triathlete looking for a post workout recovery, this stretching routine a good choice.
