Dessert ingredients:
- cashews - 50 g / 1.7 oz
- hazelnuts - 50 g / 1.7 oz
- walnuts - 50 g / 1.7 oz
- roasted peanuts - 80 g / 2.8 oz
- sunflower seeds - 30 g / 1 ounce
- pumpkin seeds - 30 g / 1 ounce
- cinnamon to taste
- ground ginger to taste
- a pinch of salt
- dates - 150 g / 5.3 ounces
- dried apricots - 100 g / 3.5 oz
- dried cranberries - 30 g / 1 ounce
- honey - 2 tbsp.
- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp.

For the no-bake version you need to add:
