Where do you even start when trying to get into ice baths? Well in this video I show you step by step how I started for cheap.

What happens when you take an ice bath everyday for a week? In this video I take you on my journey from buying the materials to showing you my daily experience along with informing y'all on the benefits I have seen after only a week of doing these cold plunges.

Each day I get into the ice bath I stay in for around 3 minutes. Research shows that getting in an ice-bath for over 11 minutes each week maximizes benefits. Research has also shown that 2-5 minutes submerged in an ice-bath is ideal.

I understand this is a small sample size so I am doing a more in depth video where I take an ice-bath everyday for 100 days to see the mental and physical benefits.

Some of the benefits I have already noticed are increase in dopamine, increased energy, increased focus, increase in mental toughness, increased blood flow, decrease in inflammation, decrease in stress, and reduce in chronic pain. Using some of the techniques Wim Hof has expressed, it allowed me to control my breathing and in turn control my mind and thoughts. I have a long way to go but this has already been an amazing journey and I am looking forward to documenting the process and benefits.
