If DJI has been upscaling 2.7K to look like 4K 30fps in FOV mode, then how close in comparison is 2.7K 60fps upscaled.

You can confidently film 2.7K 60fps on a 4K timeline and your shots will be as good as DJI's '4K FOV'.
